Teamwork is the cornerstone of our business philosophy and provides a basis for the delivery of client driven, quality focused solutions. Two consultants work closely on every project, supported by dedicated research and administrative resources. In every instance, the lead consultant is directly accountable to the client.
Whilst we are always keen to develop new client relationships, account management is our priority. Our consultants are measured and recognised on the quality of their work and client satisfaction as this is the true driver of any successful business, but particularly a people-centric business such as ours.

HOW WE SUCCEED:
Our process begins with an initial consultation where we are briefed on our client’s business activities from market positioning and company history to their current offering and future plans. We then present our client with a detailed perspective of the current marketplace and offer guidance on the structure and salary levels operating within rival companies.
With a full understanding of our client’s needs a presentation is drawn up without revealing the client’s identity. This defines the appointment on offer and then a profile of the ideal candidate is developed, bringing qualifications, experience and personal characteristics into focus.
We then devise a strategy that will identify possible candidates wherever they might be. Drawing on industry wide contacts and publicly available information, we create a list of candidates. We then combine imaginative thinking with thorough research, which often leads us to the less than obvious companies, but allows us to individuals with precisely the right cultural and professional attributes.
With potential candidates identified, our professional researcher makes the initial call. Once initial contact and interest in the role is established, an experienced consultant then engages the candidate and begins the conversation. The most qualified and promising candidates are invited for an interview. Here, measuring against agreed criteria, we fully assess their potential for success.
A shortlist of candidates is then presented to our client in the form of individual reports. Along with details of their previous experience and current appointment, we evaluate the candidate’s capability and their compatibility with the client’s organisation and aims. The recommended candidates are then interviewed by our client. The depth of our introductory report allows this meeting to develop beyond the exchange of basic information, into a significant dialogue between the two parties.
Once our client has made a final selection, we confirm the candidate’s interest before seeking objective references for comments on their competence, integrity and personal qualities.
